Today we ended our training on a high by introducing a new TACFIT protocol
Today’s focus is the TACFIT ECHO protocol.
This protocol involves completing 5 exercises, each for 90seconds with a recovery of 30 seconds in between each exercise. We complete each round twice.

The choice of these particular exercises is not a random pick or order, they are chosen specifically to target all areas of the body. Remember with TACFIT it’s about full body training — all muscles in your body are linked by nerves, bones and fascial tissue so choosing exercises that allow movement in all ranges is very important. We are training the body to move better, not just to lose weight but also to function with less stress in today’s fast-paced environment.
