This week we took some videos at the SO Fit Club so that you can see TACFIT training in action.
Here is what Geraldine had to say about how she is finding the Post-preggie Fitness Solution to date.
In today’s session Geraldine learnt four of the the foundation TACFIT training techniques, including:
1. The TACFIT Push Plank
2. The TACFIT Sit Thru
3. The TACFIT Table
4. The TACFIT Spinal Roll
At the end of today’s session, Gez text us to say: “I’m LOVING these sessions! Makes me feel so good and finally getting my life back on track!” Here’s a pic of Kats and Gez after TACFIT training today – smiles all round! ‘Cause that’s how we roll!
