The SO Fit Club post-preggie challenge is fun, but results-driven. It is geared specifically to assist women successfully achieve their post pregnancy fitness and style goals. Our ideal candidate is a woman who wants to shed her post-pregnancy kilos and learn how to get dressed stylishly in 10 minutes or less to avoid falling into a fitness and style rut post-pregnancy.
